Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Time

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and a link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

International Shipping

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. Khilauna.com is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will make up to two additional attempts to deliver your package. After that, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you for re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • If you wish to cancel the order, only the product cost will be refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Damaged or Missing Items

We ensure all products are packed securely. However, if you receive a damaged package or if an item is missing:

  • Share a photo or video of the damaged product and the package for faster resolution.

Cancellation of Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped:

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. You may choose to return the order once received (return policies apply).
